Water Reuirements:
The Water requirements will exceed available resources at 2000
mm3/y after year 200.
This may lead to war if the conflict persists or to peace if the
refugees return. Municipal consumption for Jews is a high 100
m3/p/y, for Palestinians a moderate 60 m3/p/y.
